The NASA Cassini Spacecraft - orbiting Saturn since 2004 - continues to send back astonishing images of the planet, rings, and moons. A select group of breathtaking images were on exhibit at the Johnson Museum of Art on the Cornell University campus from September through December 2008. They also were on exhibit at the Museum of Natural History in New York and the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum in Washington DC.

Because many schools weren't able to visit the exhibit at the museum we are offering this virtual exhibit and supplementary materials to bring the exhibit into your classroom.

We encourage you to download our virtual Saturn exhibition presentation in PowerPoint or pdf formats to use in the classroom. Notes for the teacher are included that provide background information and descriptions of the images in the PowerPoint version and in the pdf Notes version.
